No drug charge against Trenton Duckett's father
Prosecutors in Sumter County have chosen not to file a drug charge against Joshua Duckett, the father of missing toddler Trenton Duckett, who was arrested after a marijuana pipe was found in his car. Duckett, 23, said the pipe belonged to a friend. Duckett lost his driving privileges for failing to pay a traffic fine, court records show. His son has been missing since August 2006. The boy's mother, Melinda Duckett, killed herself and was considered the prime suspect in her child's mysterious disappearance, Leesburg police have said.
